Surprise is a welcoming and friendly city in the Sonoran Desert and is ideally situated close to Phoenix. Surprise has something for everyone including numerous golf courses, scenic trails, chain and locally-owned restaurants, bars & shops. The local open-air sporting complex hosts many events including hosting Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals baseball teams for Spring Training. State Farm stadium is a short 20-minute drive away.

Once you make your booking, I'll send you a code for the front door which you can use during your stay. There is parking for two vehicles on the driveway. There's a ton of restaurants, take-outs and grocery stores within a short drive which are listed in my handover guide.

Our stay at Davey’s house couldn’t have been any better. Check in was easy, the house was even nicer than the pictures show, it was spotless inside and out. Davey is a great host and communication with him was quick and easy. The backyard was perfect for relaxing outside, and watching the hummingbirds was a bonus. I would love to stay there again in the future and would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Fanastic time staying at Dave’s’ s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Davey was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given great instructions. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were perfect ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Costco nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Davey and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!
